![]() Make Appointment | (323) 258-2885 Dr. Chethan Chetty joined the family practice in 2000. He graduated from nearby Occidental College in 1996 with a degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to the renowned University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry and graduated in 2000. Since then, Dr. Chetty has continued to expand his dental skills and knowledge by being involved in several dental organizations. He is a member of the Stuart Gnathology Study Club, which provides advanced training in temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) and other advanced dental treatments, including full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Chetty is currently serving his second term as Secretary/Treasurer of the Southern California Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) for which he has also served on the board of directors for since 2001. He is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and the Los Angeles Dental Society. In 2002, he coauthored a book called The New Dentist’s Guide to Survival for the AGD. This book was distributed to graduating dental students at USC, UCLA, UCSF, UOP, and Loma Linda. He is also a member of the USC Century Club and the Los Angeles Dental Society. In 2005, Dr. Chetty became a certified Invisalign doctor. In addition to professional organizations, Dr. Chetty serves the community as a member of the Northeast Los Angeles Rotary Club and the Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Dr. Chetty enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Avani, have two sons, Ishaan and Rushil. Dr. Chetty loves playing basketball and cheering for the Lakers and Clippers. He also enjoys working with computers, and has helped colleagues develop computer systems for their offices. |
