📅 Daily Care Routine
1️. Remove Before Eating & Drinking
- 🚫 Take them out before food or anything besides plain water

2️. Rinse Immediately After Removal
- 💧 Rinse under cool or lukewarm water
- 🔥 No hot water! It can warp them
3️. Brush & Floss Your Teeth
